INC.sg follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use our website. GA4 sets cookies and collects information such as your approximate location (country/city level, derived from your IP address, which Google truncates before storage), the pages you view, how long you spend on them, the links you click, your device type, and the site or search that referred you. This data is aggregated and is not used by us to identify you personally.
